ExpressVPN Subscription and Purchase Checklist

Decide what you need the subscription to do#

ExpressVPN offers a consumer VPN service. Consider it alongside other subscriptions if you want provider-managed apps and connections. This page is a purchase checklist based on the official product site, not a hands-on review. We have not measured its speed or tested streaming access.

Check which plan and platform include each feature you need. A bundled service is only useful if it is available to you and replaces something you would otherwise pay for.

Compare the full payment#

Open the official product page and record the plan name, subscription length, total initial payment, currency, taxes and renewal amount. We are not publishing a current price here because we have not verified a checkout for your market. A promotional monthly equivalent can require a much larger payment upfront.

Compare equal service periods and features. If one offer has a longer term, decide whether you are willing to commit for that long. A refund window is not the same as a monthly cancellation option.

Check devices and refund conditions#

Before paying, confirm that your operating systems are supported, the simultaneous connection allowance fits your household and the features you need exist on those platforms. Read the current refund terms for the purchase channel you will use. Save the terms and confirmation so that you can refer to them later.

If your decision depends on a specific application or connection, test that use yourself while eligible for a refund. We do not claim guaranteed access, zero leaks or a particular speed.

Compare another option#

Read the NordVPN plan guide for a more detailed explanation of billing and cancellation checks, or return to the VPN overview. Buying no subscription remains a reasonable choice when you cannot identify a use for it.
